Our final concert of the academic year was presented in the Clinton B. Fisk Memorial Chapel.
Called the Commencement Concert, it is traditionally held on the Sunday evening prior to Monday Graduation. It is attended by alumni, family and friends of graduating students as well as the general public.
At this year's concert the Fisk Jubilee Singers presented "A Portrait Comes to Life." It represents a re-enactment of the portrait that was commissioned by Queen Victoria and hangs in Jubilee Hall. The portrait was created to mark the occasion of the second band of Singers who travelled to Europe and sang before Kings and Queens.

Members of the Fisk Jubilee Singers' Alumni Association were honored and invited to join the current ensemble. Together they sang "The Gold and Blue".
